PARKER (Feb. 3, 2025) – Terra Bluffs, an assisted living and memory care community in Parker, CO, is proud to announce the hiring of Samantha Stocke as its new executive director.

Stocke has flourished in the senior living space for the better part of a decade, most recently serving as the executive director for Marycrest Assisted Living (Marycrest) in Denver since 2022. While there, she provided strategic direction and led day-to-day clinical and financial operations of the community. She has also guided multiple communities through CDC protocols, safety precautions, and budgeted department expenditures to improve financial operations. Marycrest is also managed by Health Dimensions Group® (HDG®), a leading post-acute, long-term care, and senior living consulting and management firm based in Minneapolis, MN.
In her new role, Stocke will primarily be responsible for the operations, employee and resident relations, and regulatory compliance duties at Terra Bluffs. The residence features beautiful, nature-inspired décor and modern amenities including a movie theater, comfortable dining spaces, library, fitness center, and Sky Lounge and Pub.
